Following the final assembly process, the motor undergoes a comprehensive testing and performance verification stage. At this point, all parameters are validated using advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure the motor is operating within specification.
Our testing includes insulation resistance (IR), winding resistance, surge comparison, and high-potential (Hi-pot) tests, as well as detailed vibration analysis. These tests confirm the electrical integrity, balance, and mechanical condition of the motor after rewinding.
From the test data, we are able to detect any imbalance, misalignment, or insulation weakness, ensuring the motor delivers stable, efficient, and reliable performance. This is especially critical for industrial and hazardous area (Ex-proof) motors, where operational safety is essential.
All results are recorded and verified — because at this stage, performance is proven by data, not assumptions.
