Following the burnout process, all coil data such as winding configuration, wire size, and number of turns has been carefully recorded. Based on this data, our technicians proceed with the manufacturing of a complete new set of motor coils.
Each coil is produced according to the original specifications to ensure accuracy, performance, and long-term reliability. This step is essential in the motor rewinding process, especially for hazardous area (Ex-proof) motors, where precision and compliance are critical.
With properly manufactured coils, the motor is now ready for the next stage of installation and full rewinding.
